After almost a year of planning, recipe testing, ingredient sourcing, paperwork and, let's be honest here, occasionally wanting to pull my hair out, the Nola bar is ready for it's closeup—and let me tell you, I know it's gonna be a STAR.
I am SO excited to share this amazingly healthy AND super tasty (I know, right?) snack bar with you and can't wait to for everything the future of Nola holds.
Some of you may be familiar with my blog, The Annex Kitchen, which is full of grain-free and paleo-friendly recipes.
